Scones with ramsons (wild garlic) and ham
Ingredients:
200 g minced cooked smoked pork knuckle
300 g peeled Tigernuts crumbs
50 g lard or oil (any kind)
50 g arrowroot flour
1 egg
200 g Totu cream extra
50 ml water
50 g chopped ramson
ground black pepper
salt
For the top of the scones:
1 beaten egg yolk
It is very simple to make. Knead all the ingredients. Then roll the dough until it is 1.5-2 cm thin. Cut scones with a 3-4 cm wide biscuit cutter. Place them on a sheet covered with baking paper. Brush the top with the egg yolk. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and bake them for 20 minutes.
