Horchata
Ingredients:
200 g peeled Tigernuts crumbs
30-50 g Erythritol
1 liter water
the seeds taken out from 1 vanilla stick
Also:
Coconut foam
Mix the ingredients of Horchata in a blender. Then filter it through gauze. Pour it into glasses and decorate it with coconut foam. It is divine if consumed with oven baked paleo doughnuts.
