Chicken breast with Tigernuts
Ingredients per person
1 chicken breast
1 egg
20-30 g peeled Tigernuts crumbs
ground black pepper
salt
For frying:
plenty of oil
For the side dish:
iceberg lettuce
pomegranate
Cut the chicken breast into thin slices. Season them with salt and pepper. Beat the egg gently. Add salt and pepper to it. Dip the meat into it then into the crumbs. (I used a meat fork to do this.) Fry them in plenty of hot oil on both sides. Serve them with some iceberg lettuce and pomegranate.
